It starts with a hello. When you fill out our inquiry form, you’re not just booking vendors—you’re inviting storytellers into your day. From there, we’ll hop on a Zoom call to hear your vision, answer your questions, and see if we’re the right fit to tell your story.
When you’re ready, we’ll send over your custom proposal and contract. Everything is handled easily online—quick, simple, and secure. Once it’s signed, your date is officially reserved—and we’re already counting down the days right alongside you.
Between booking and the big day, we’re never far. Whether you want vendor suggestions, timeline input, or just to share a fresh burst of inspiration, we’re here to support your vision and build trust long before we ever hit record.
About a month before the wedding, we’ll reconnect to walk through your timeline, talk through the details, and make sure everything feels effortless. It’s our way of making sure nothing important gets missed—so the moments that matter most unfold naturally and beautifully.
You’ve done the planning—now it’s time to be fully present. We’ll be there quietly documenting the moments as they unfold: the quiet, the joyful, the unexpected. You focus on the people and the party. We’ve got the story.
After your day, we’ll edit and handcraft your gallery and film with care. Within eight weeks, everything will land in your inbox—ready to share, save, and return to anytime you want to feel it all over again.

Yes, you’ll get a gallery and a film—but we don’t stop there. We create albums, prints, and video books so your memories aren’t tucked away on a hard drive, but live in your hands and in your home where they can be shared every day.
When will we receive our photos and film?
You can expect to receive both your full photo gallery and wedding film within 8 weeks of your wedding day. We’ve refined our process to ensure everything is delivered in that timeframe—without rushing the creative care your story deserves. Every image is hand-edited, and every frame is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the heart of your day.
Can we book you for just photography or just videography?
Yes. While we love offering a full photo and film experience, you’re welcome to book just one. Every couple’s needs are different, and we’re here to serve yours with the same attention, artistry, and intention—whether it’s photo, film, or both.
Do you work with our coordinator to ensure everything goes smoothly?
Absolutely. Collaboration is everything. We’ll work closely with your coordinator to make sure timelines run smooth and the day stays relaxed. It frees you up to focus on what matters most—and helps us stay ready for every meaningful moment.
What If the Weather Isn’t Perfect?
Unpredictable skies are part of coastal weddings—and we’re no strangers to adapting. With thoughtful planning and flexible pacing, we’ll make the most of whatever the day brings.
How involved are you during the wedding?
In sync with the flow of the day. We step in when needed, step back when we should, and document the moments you’ll want to return to most. While you stay grounded in the day, we stay focused on what matters—no stress, no fuss, just the moments you’ll want to relive.
How do we make things official?
After our initial call, we’ll send you a custom proposal and simple online contract. Once signed, your date is secured, and we’re all in. From there, we’ll stay connected as your day takes shape.
